Refund & Returns Policy

1. General Principle

Due to the nature of cosmetic and fragrance products, mimūn operates a strict no-returns policy for opened or used products. This policy exists to protect the health and safety of all customers. Once a fragrance product has been opened, it cannot be resold and is not eligible for return or refund.

2. Unopened Products — 14-Day Return Window

If you change your mind, we accept returns of entirely unopened, factory-sealed products within 14 days of delivery. To initiate a return, contact us at [email protected] with your order number within 14 days of receiving your order. Returns must be authorised by mimūn before being sent back.

3. Return Conditions

Returns are only accepted when all of the following conditions are met: the product must be unused and in its original, factory-sealed condition; all original packaging, inserts, and accessories must be included; the return must be authorised in advance by mimūn. mimūn reserves the right to refuse any return that does not meet these conditions.

4. Return Shipping

The cost of return shipping is borne by the customer unless the return is due to a defective or incorrectly dispatched product. We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as mimūn cannot accept responsibility for items lost in transit.

5. Refund Processing

Once a returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome within five business days. If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

6. Defective or Incorrect Products

If you receive a product that is defective, damaged in transit, or materially different from what was ordered, please contact us at [email protected] within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

7. Allergic Reactions

Allergic or adverse skin reactions do not constitute grounds for a return or refund on opened products. We strongly recommend performing a patch test before full use. By opening and using a mimūn product, you acknowledge that you have accepted the associated risks as described in our Product Disclaimer.
